Insert Column
You can insert a column before or after a selected column.
To insert a column beside a selected column:
1. Right-click on the column header. A shortcut menu opens.
2. From the shortcut menu, choose Insert Column Before or Insert Column After,
Or
Click the Insert Column Before or Insert Column After buttons located on the Format toolbar. The Insert Column <….> dialog box opens.
3. Select the field that you want to insert from the Field Type drop-down list (see the Appendix for a complete description of the fields).
4. If you do not want to use the default name, type in a new name in the Field Title box.
5. Select the text alignment for the column header from the Align Title drop-down list.
6. Select alignment for the column data from the Align Data drop-down list.
7. Enter the column width in the Width box.
Notes:
- This adjustment will be saved in RiskyProject data file associated with the particular project. So, the next time you open the project, you will see your column modifications. This way you can create a customized data sheets for each view.
- Remember that these adjustments to data sheets are inclusive to each view. For example, if you inserted column into the Baseline Gantt, it will not be reflected in Result Gantt View.
- You cannot hide or modify IDs.
- You can modify the width of the ID column.
