Crucial Tasks
In addition to sensitivity charts, the results of sensitivity analysis can be presented on the Crucial tasks
Gantt chart.
Each
task can belong to one of three categories:

Tasks that
have the most affect on the project duration– crucial
tasks. There is a strong correlation between the task
and project duration.

Tasks which have some affect on project
duration, i.e. there is a correlation between task and project
duration

Small or no correlation between the task
and project duration
