Create New Calendar

You can create a new calendar and save it under a new name.


To create a new calendar:


1. Open the Working Time dialog box.
2. Click the New button. The New Calendar dialog box opens.
3. Type in a name in the Calendar box.
4. Select the base calendar from the Based on drop-down list.
5. Type in a short description of the new calendar in the Comment box.
6. Click OK.
7. Modify the your new calendar as needed.
8. Click OK to save the new calendar.
