Define Working Time


To define working time:


1. Open the Working Time dialog box. You can open it with three methods:

On the Standard Toolbar, click the Working Time button 

  • From the Tools menu, choose Working Time.

  • Right-click on a Gantt chart and choose Working Time from the shortcut menu.

The Working Time dialog box opens:

2. Select a calendar from the Calendar list. There are three calendars provided:

  • Standard – Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5pm with one hour off at lunch.

  • Morning Off – Monday to Friday 1pm to 5 pm.

  • Afternoon Off – Monday to Friday 8am to 12pm.

3. If you need to modify the selected calendar, click on a day in the calendar. The daily working and nonworking time is displayed in the schedule on the right.

4. Click on an hourly period to set it as working or nonworking time. White is working, pink is nonworking.

5. Once you have completed the calendar, click OK to save the changes.
