Description

Base fixed cost (not associated with resources). Used for both probabilistic and baseline calculations. Fixed cost for summary task is calculated as sum of fixed cost for all subtasks which are not summary tasks themselves. Particular meaning of it for probabilistic depends on statistical distribution for cost. See “How to define distribution for Start Time, Cost, and Duration”.
