Project Deadline 

Calculated using the earliest project start time, the latest project finish time, and the maximum project duration. These parameters are entered in the Main Project Settings dialog box (see Project menu). The project is cancelled when the deadline is reached. The deadline can also affect the project success rate as any tasks that exceed the project deadline are canceled.
